Q – What are your opening hours?
A – Our office opening hours are 8.45am – 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

Q – What payment methods do you accept?
A – We accept debit cards, credit cards, cash, cheque, or payments by BACS to Nat West Bank, Sort Code 60-06-06, Account number 27814416. (please note that for payments by credit card a surcharge of 2.5% will be added to the premium). Please note that all credit card details are destroyed as soon as the transaction is completed.

Q – Who should cheques be made payable to?
A – Cheques should be made payable to T.R. Youngs Insurance Brokers.

Q – How will I know when my insurance renewal is due?
A – You will receive a renewal letter from us prior to the renewal date.

Q – I have lost my insurance cover note or certificate, what should I do?
A – Please contact our office on 01206 821330 and we will be pleased to help.

Q – How do I make a claim?
A – In the event that you should need to make/report a new claim on your insurance policy, please contact our office on 01206 821330 where a claims advisor will be pleased to help you proceed with your claim.

Q – What is an insurance excess?
A – In the event of a claim on your policy, an excess is the amount payable by yourself – please refer to your policy schedule to find details of the excess amount on your particular policy.

Q – What is a No Claims Bonus?
A – Drivers that have not made a claim on their motor insurance policy for the policy period (usually one year) will receive a ‘reward’ for not making a claim known as a No Claims Bonus. This will build up each year that no claim is made and will result in discounts on your car insurance premium
